The location of the apartment was very convenient as it was close to the township and within walking distance to some good restaurants. We didn't have to go far to find everything we needed, and it was nice and quiet despite being close to a shopping mall. The room we stayed in was just the right size and had all the necessary amenities such as a comfortable bed and a good shower.

We were really close to my science playroom. Asuka is within short walking distance to the hotel. Private parking was definitely a highlight

Area is very close to the sites like corban estate art centre within 10 minutes walk. A short walk to the restaurant Mantra. It's worth staying here and exploring Waitakere district.

Clean, comfortable, quiet room. Helpful and approachable staff. Facilities felt like a home. Convenient allocated parking space. Manager knew local area well. Great locality, peaceful surroundings. Tidy and clean rooms. location.

Nothing not to like.

The room was spacious and comfortable, the tv was in a good position to the bed and the bathroom was large.

The soap that was provided left a horrible feeling on the skin, and no body was was provided. Parking was charged at $7.50 and I feel this is to much, seeing as there were many parks left un used. The website stated you could book in until 9pm, however when we arried at 8 the doors were locked and the reception unmanned, we had to call the duty manager who was offsite, however our room key was left at reception

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The apartments were kept immaculately clean and fresh, providing us with a luxurious and comfortable space to relax in. The location was perfect for our needs, with easy access to shops and transport options. We particularly enjoyed the convenience of having a fully equipped kitchenette and the bonus of a washer and dryer in the bathroom. This place truly exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

The hotel was clean and new and I like that there is a full kitchen and washing machine and tumble dryer for laundry and meals.

The hotel is far from the city and airport. Cost me $60 to get to the city centre in the morning and $95 to get to airport. It's not easy to locate in the first place. I stayed 1 night and extended another 2 nights but on the morning that I had to check out, there was no staff around. I waited from 8.00 am - 8.40 am but finally got help from another guest who was checking out. She helped to call for an extra taxi for me and we decided to just leave the room keys at the reception area and left as we had flights to catch. It was definitely very unusual to not be able to contact anybody despite there being an intercom and telephone number to call. There was absolutely no response.

The front desk staff were professional and friendly, providing excellent service. The room was clean, spacious, and had tasteful furnishings. I appreciated the kitchenette and the bathroom with laundry facilities and quality products. The 24-hour service was a great convenience, especially since we arrived late with our toddler. I felt well taken care of here and would definitely stay again.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The location was handy and it had designated parking.

We arrived late and they had run out of parking spaces, but the receptionist kindly gave us her spot and made it complimentary. The room was comfortable and the bed was great. I would recommend Quest Henderson Apartments.
